AGU Annual Meeting Non-Member Session and Abstract Submitters

AGU has membership waiver agreements with select cooperating societies. The AGU membership requirement for primary conveners and first authors will be waived for members of a co-sponsoring society. In addition, the AGU membership requirement for first authors will be waived for invited authors who are non-geoscientists. Abstract fees and meeting registration fees are separate fees and will still apply.

The deadline for primary conveners to request a waiver is Wednesday, 10 April.

The deadline to request a waiver for abstract first authors is Wednesday, 17 July.

Please submit the form below to request log-in credentials in order to submit a session proposal or submit an abstract by the deadline. Depending on timing and volume, we cannot guarantee that all requests will be approved if submitted after submission deadline.
