AGU Honors Tribute Guest List

Every honoree who is attending the Honors Banquet must submit their guest list. Please do not submit the form until you have your entire guest list. All Union honorees attending the Honors Banquet must submit their guest list by Friday, 18 October 2019.

Honoree’s first (given) name and last (family) name
The honoree prefers assigned seating that is:
- Not too close to the band stage
- Not too close to the dance floor
- The honoree has no preference about seating
If you wish to be seated near or beside another honoree’s table, please identify the first (given) name and last (family) name of the honoree(s) below. Be specific.

- Multiple guests will attend the Honors Banquet with me. NOTE: If you have a party of less than eight, then AGU staff will seat other honorees with you. We are unable to seat more than 10 people per table.
